IREM COURSE - In Dallas: 
ARMTRK (ETH800 and RES201)
The ARM Track explores key concepts related to ethical real estate management and reviews the following key competency areas related to effective residential site management: human resources and relationship management, property financial management, maintenance and risk management, and marketing and leasing. ETH800, Ethics for the Real Estate Manager, meets the program requirements for those pursuing all of the following credentials: CPM, ARM, ACoM and AMO.  CPM Candidates, and other credential candidates are welcome to register for the Dallas classroom ETH800 course independently of the ARM Track.

 RES201, Managing Residential Properties, can also be taken independently for those who are pursuing their ARM but have already satisfied the Ethics Course requirement.
