Refund Policy

Refunds are available prior to a guarantee given to the venue.   The cut-off date is the date we give the venue a written guarantee; once the written guarantee is given to the venue, we are obligated to pay whatever that fee is per person therefore, after the guarantee is given, we cannot process a refund.
 
The Cut-off date for registration is posted and advertised in all correspondence and on the website. The participant may send a Member of the Chapter to come in their place but must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the event.  This applies to all fee based events offered by the Chapter.
